2. Working characteristics of spiral chute Ore Dressing Equipment :
The working characteristic of spiral chute is that the fine, middle and tailings are intercepted respectively at the end of the trough, and no washing water is added in the sorting process. The spiral groove is the main part of the equipment, which is made of glass steel spiral plates connected by bolts. The inner surface of the spiral groove is coated with a wear-resistant lining, usually polyurethane wear-resistant adhesive or epoxy resin mixed with artificial emery. A wear-resistant layer containing diabase powder was applied to the inner surface of the spiral groove.
